The 2025 Refillable Roll-On Revolution
For Wild's refillable roll-on, PPK's engineering team worked to translate the compact form into a production-ready system. The challenge was maintaining strong leak-resistance while supporting a lower-waste refill architecture. We engineered a robust, high-tolerance internal screw thread made with 50% post-consumer recycled plastic to secure the compostable pulp refill block.
Matching the mechanical tolerances to within 0.03mm, PPK achieved a smooth, satisfying twist-in cartridge locking mechanism. The outer casing features a protective anodized aluminum sheath, offering high impact resistance and premium durability for long-term reusable use.
